Nomadic Tea Company is the creation of Louise Mitchell.
Having been born and bred in Cornwall Louise is never far from either the sea or woods where foraging for wild edibles is her passion. As a trained deer stalker and herbalist Louise has always relied on nature for her larder.
In 2016 Louise was diagnosed with an Autoimmune disease and it was from this bombshell that Nomadic Tea Company was founded.
“Modern Western Medicine does not always have the answer” says Louise with passion. “ when I was first diagnosed, the medicine I was on was making me sicker than my original illness.”
It was no surprise therefore that Louise, once again, turned to nature to manage her symptoms.
Her passion and drive to source the best teas from around the world and the success of her herbal infusions are a testament to her drive and persistence during what could have been a difficult time.
Trading regularly from Padstow Food Fair and also with an ever increasing online following and getting a reputation as a quality tea Blender and Tea importer, Nomadic Tea Company is going from strength to strength. Their herbal infusions and blends of tea will shortly be available in fully compostable packaging and a new and exciting re-fil policy will only strengthen there commitment to both there customers and the environment.
